Zebra Technologies announces first-quarter 2024 resultsZebra Technologies announced results for Q1 ended April 1, 2024. Net sales were US$1,175 million in Q1 of 2024 compared to US$1,405 million in Q1 of 2023. Net income for Q1 of 2024 was US$115 million, compared to net income of $150 million for Q1 of 2023. Net sales in the Enterprise Visibility & Mobility ("EVM") segment were $783 million in the first quarter of 2024 compared to $883 million in the prior year. "While our first quarter results continued to be impacted by broad-based softness across our end markets, we realized improvement in demand from the fourth quarter of 2023," said Bill Burns, Chief Executive Officer of Zebra Technologies. Honeywell reported Q1 2024 net sales of US$9.105 billion, compared to US8.864 billion for Q1 2023. Q1 2024 income was US$1.475 billion, compared to US$1.408 billion in Q1 2023. Intel reports Q1 2024 financial results
Intel reported Q1 2024 revenue of $12.7 billion, up 9% year over year. Q1 2024 saw a net loss of $0.4 billion, compared to a Q1 2023 net loss of $2.8 billion. Client Computing Group (CCG revenue was up 31% to $7.5 billion, Data Center and AI was up 5% to 3.0 billion, and Network and Edge revenue was down 8% to 0.8 billion. Juniper Systems announced the Archer 4 Rugged Handheld, the latest version of a line of rugged handhelds that goes back all the way to 2006. The Archer is all modern now, running Android 14 on a QCM4490 octa-core chip, 6.3-inch 2280 x 1080 540 nits screen, 16mp and 48mp cameras, 20-hour battery, 4G/5G, 802.11ax, BT 5.2, USB-C, IP68 and all the good stuff.
